The Team 

Accelerating growth in our Cobrand portfolios is central to our company’s strategy to meet our customers’ evolving buying and payment needs while diversifying revenue streams and driving top line growth. The Cobrand team within the Global Consumer Services Group leads the company’s efforts to manage our relationships with Cobrand partners and expand our suite of consumer lending products bringing deep expertise to deliver products, services, and strategies that will enhance our competitive position in each of our markets. The Hilton Product team leads the strategic product management, business strategy, customer experience and relationship management with our partner counterparts, with the goal of attracting, engaging, and retaining Hilton Honors Card Members.

The Role

This role will focus on initiatives that drive growth for the partnership and deliver Card Member value. The Senior Manager will be the Servicing & Operations champion on the Hilton Cobrand product management team. The individual will spearhead efforts that strengthen risk management and ensure a seamless experience for our customers. This role will blend relationship management, product management, operations, servicing and strategy. The successful candidate must be able to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, demonstrate thought leadership and establish an appropriate level of influence to progress initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a customer experience expert for the Hilton cobrand, understanding the product benefits, how they work, and customer usage Define and evolve strategy for how we best service Hilton Cobrand customers in partnership with the Servicing Organization, including key workstreams to deepen CCP engagement and portfolio knowledge Build and manage relationship with Hilton partners, working together to troubleshoot product benefit issues and collaborate on ways to meaningfully improve the customer experience Lead initiatives internally to enhance the customer experience and drive benefit improvements in conjunction with Servicing, Product Development, Technology, GCO, Compliance, Finance, Risk Lead high-performing analyst

Qualifications:

Proven track record to spearhead work streams independently and drive projects to completion across teams and at all levels Strong organization and project management skills to seamlessly drive forward complex, technical projects Ability to influence and build positive relationships with internal and external partners Excellent execution skills coupled with a strategic mindset, to balance the needs of the customer, partner, and enterprise Strong collaborator and great teammate with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude  Prior experience with product management, marketing and/or customer experience is a plus 

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
