Synopsis of the role:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business
objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. This role will provide necessary HR solutions to all key stakeholders and ensure its business is well resourced with desired people to achieve their desired business outcomes.

Ensure seamless onboarding of new joinersPlan and conduct weekly and quarterly inductionEnsure seamless exit of employeesProvide accurate payroll inputs for new joiners and exit employees as per timelinesPerformance Management
Educate and support managers and employees for SMART objectives settingManage feedback and review process as per timelines Lead Talent review and succession planning exercise and ensure timely closureLearning & Organization Development
Manage and support L&D activities and implement training locallyIdentify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.Design and deliver training programsTrack and monitor implementation of key learningsWorkday management and Reporting
Implement and manage Workday modulesEnsure Workday contains accurate informationTimely report any system configuration issuesTrain local employee and managers to use the system effectively and efficientlyProvide inputs for Workday automationGlobal HR Initiatives and Projects

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Human resources domain, with atleast 5 years of experience as an HRBPMBA in HR / PG qualification in HRExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Self-starterWhat could set you apart
