Based on a risk based systematic approach to audit assignments, you will be identifying potential risks, recommending mitigation strategies, evaluating control design and operational effectiveness of IT security measures. The Group Audit team provides value and insights to management. There will be a focus on cybersecurity.

ABOUT THE JOBPlanning, execution and reporting of allocated audit projects Identify cybersecurity weaknesses across the group, linking with processes and controls; giving advice for improvement by commercially realistic recommendations Produce high quality reports for management, that encourage debate over issues and implementation of commercially relevant recommendationsWork on internal continuous improvement projects in an agile team environmentDevelop and implement audit methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity and IT audit.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of audit recommendations, networking with the IT security community in TUI and outside; keep contact to relevant stakeholders Mentor and guide team members across the department, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.ABOUT YOUYou have a degree in Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable field, and ideally relevant cyber security certifications You bring experience in internal or external audit of information systems and/or information security processes, or you bring experiences in (cyber) security assessments Curiosity, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities characterise youYou are keen in continuously learning new requirements and apply your skills in an international and intercultural environmentYou are familiar with dealing with stakeholders and you like to drive changeYou like to work with an agile and flexible audit approach whilst you like to apply AI and data analytics tools to support youYou are fluent in English; additional languages, German preferred, are an advantage*From a workplace to a place to belong.
