Senior Manager - IT Product Management

We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT Product Management team at Marsh as a Senior Manager - IT Product Management. This role will be based in Toronto, Ontario. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office

The technical product owner responsible for managing our Databricks-based Enterprise Cloud Data Platform and enabling other Data Strategy initiatives.

We will count on you to:

Manage and lead the Agile processes around the Enterprise Cloud Data Platform, including planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and interaction with key stakeholders

Create and reconcile roadmaps and the development backlog, demonstrating control of the product plan and interrelated dependencies with other areas of the company

Maintain ownership of Technical Products within the Enterprise Architecture – Data Strategy portfolio, ensuring that we remain compliant with both our own and Enterprise processes and standards

Collaborate closely with the Lead Engineer and key technical and business stakeholders to maintain an aligned backlog

What you need to have:

5+ years’ experience running agile teams

Experience creating or running financial models and budgets

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure

Demonstrated data-driven mindset
