Responsibilities Make an impact Lead the team of approximately 10 test engineers located in Sweden, Germany and Austria Coordinate product testing, defining procedures to ensure product quality and compliance Independently conduct various tests, document results, and integrate insights into development Manage timelines, costs, and resources for testing, maintaining quality across test areas Prepare test areas for training and provide expertise in FEM simulations to support projects company-wide Document all simulation services, including reporting, cost analysis and improvement recommendations Application Requirements What you need to succeed 3-5 years of experience as a senior engineer, with knowledge of project management Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or related field, with a focus on product development or production Experienced with R&D processes and project management Knowledgeable across multiple disciplines, including mechanics, electronics and software Fluency in English, German is preferable Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%) to our Swisslog test centers in Sweden, Germany and Austria
