Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

Campaign Design & Implementation 

Plan, develop and implement product campaigns for Life & Health Business across channels.

Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of client incentive. Work with internal and external stakeholders on incentive communication 

Conduct campaign evaluation and on-going monitoring to ensure effective implementation of client incentive

Responsible for seamless communication with bank partner, distribution team to promote client upselling and cross-selling programs. 

Support to develop research based product propositions to maximize sales impact

Work closely with other marketing sub-teams to optimize the promotion of campaigns via online / offline / social media platform in order to enhance the media efficiency. 

Proactively collect feedback from frontline to look for potential area of improvement for future campaign.

Job Requirements

University degree holder with major in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics and Finance.  

At least 8 years related experience in marketing within financial services sector, preferably in insurance or banking industry.

Possess strong business oriented mindset & problem solving skills

Solid project management skills and able to meet tight deadlines

Proven interpersonal and negotiation skills with all levels of coworkers, distributors and clients

Highly analytical and detailed oriented

Excellent project management and people management skills 

Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Chinese and English

Proficient in Microsoft Excel applications
