SUMMARY:
Meet the Annual Healthcare IT services and Products Target of USD 1 Million (for the first year) by
mining new customers and upselling to our existing customer base.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and execute sales strategies for both Healthcare Services and Products.
Plan sales approach, target markets and related KPIs
Develop the necessary collateral with the branding team to execute the sales strategy.
Manage existing customers and upsell services and products as applicable
Efficient follow up on prospects
Build and maintain a personal network that can be used to gain access to information, leads,
contacts, etc.
Growing new sales revenue by identifying, qualifying and converting prospects
Preparation of proposals, negotiating contracts and closing deals
Establish client relationships for new accounts and grow new accounts annually
Be responsible for managing Healthcare Sales Force.com
QUALIFICATIONS:
College/University degree; IT background is an advantage
5+ years of sales experience in selling IT healthcare services and products
Solid technical background and a sound understanding of IT and Healthcare
Proven track record of achieving sales Targets
Proven ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external business relationships
with various levels of management and non-management.
Proven ability to effectively work with key client executives along with setting appropriate
expectations
Willingness to travel within the US and overseas if required.
Proven ability in managing high performing Sales teams.
