Summary:  The Senior Manager of Manufacturing, Quality and Process will lead the Finishing Team Leaders and other resources to deliver appropriate volumes on time, at or below planned costs, and quality meeting or exceeding Titleist standards. The incumbent will lead the creation, implementation and global execution of comprehensive quality standards for product development. Drive alignment to Quality initiatives and standards with organizational goals, ensuring achievement of key performance targets and effective management of team.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Quality and Production professionals in the development and implementation of ball plant quality plans to ensure adherence to standards. Support/champion new Product Development programs, collaborating cross-functionally with key stakeholders such as R&D, Supply Chain and Central Quality to integrate quality and process improvements across product lifecycles.
Identify and lead cost reduction efforts linked to operational objectives and overall plant effectiveness including Continuous Improvement initiatives and new material qualifications. Lead, mentor and develop engineering, quality, and production leadership, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance and continuous learning. Enhance individual capabilities and career progression by developing key competencies in quality management and process engineering. Provide strategic input into the development and management of departmental budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and resource requirements. Manage Team Leaders and other resources to deliver appropriate volume on time, at or below planned costs and quality meeting or exceeding Titleist standards. Manage direct labor, WIP, raw material usage, to be at or below Business Plan levels.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Engineering, or comparable program. MBA or MS in relevant degree program highly desirable. A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience. Process engineering and product development background required. Minimum 5 years technical management. Continuous Improvement Certifications required. Requires a deep understanding of quality assurance, process engineering and system optimization. Must have excellent organizational skills, ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities, and exceptional multitasking skills. Must have strong written, analytical, and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with all levels within the organization. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products with intermediate experience in Excel. Proficient in Minitab and statistical analytics.

Salary: $127,510-$162,565
