**Job Role : Manufacturing (OSD)** **Location : Dadra** **Education Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Pharm** **1. Production Management** Plan, organize, and oversee production schedules to meet targets. Ensure the timely and cost-effective manufacturing of pharmaceutical products in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards. **2. Compliance and Quality Assuranc** e Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including FDA, WHO, and other applicable standards. Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to maintain high-quality standards and resolve deviations or non-conformities. Prepare and maintain SOPs, batch records, and other documentation as per regulatory requirements. **3. Team Leadership and Development** Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors, operators, and support staff. Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs to enhance team capabilities. **4. Operational Excellence** Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence initiatives. Optimize resource utilization, including manpower, materials, and equipment. **5. Safety and Risk Management** Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Identify potential risks and implement preventive and corrective actions. Promote a zero-incident culture within the production department. **6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Control, Supply Chain, and Maintenance. Coordinate with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and vendors. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on production performance.
