Senior Manager Market Intelligence

Primary Job Responsibilities

Gather market data to provide written and verbal analysis including presentations, reports (charts/graphs) used to impact strategy on PulteGroup’s community positioning.Monitor competitive activity for active and future projects.Complete regular competitive market analyses to impact future and current community positioning.Manage market positioning studies (feasibilities) for all potential land transactions.Analyze market demographics to identify consumer group preferences and trends.In-depth fieldwork to understand market dynamics, the competitive environment, consumer preferences and submarket perceptions.Communicate market dynamics to Division leadership.Coordinate Del Webb Site Validation studies with the Market Research team.Collaborate with cross functional teams (land acquisition, sales, finance, procurement, etc.).Participate in Area-wide Market Intelligence projects with peers.Contribute to company-wide market intelligence best practice sharing.Contribute to and manage annual strategic planning.Other duties as assigned.
