Senior Manager, Social Media and Brand Experience

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of digital innovation, using the latest tools like generative AI and advanced creative platforms to produce standout content. You’ll play a key role in growing ADP’s online presence, leading campaigns that connect with millions, building communities that engage and inspire, and influencing how the world sees ADP as a trusted leader. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Content Innovation

Lead the development and execution of ADP’s corporate social media strategy, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business goals. Champion creativity and innovation in content development, using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and generative AI to deliver engaging visuals and copy tailored to each platform. Partner with internal stakeholders, agencies, and the Brand and Content teams to curate content that resonates with key audiences and reflects emerging trends. Continuously explore new social media opportunities, platforms, and tactics to grow audiences, increase engagement, and amplify ADP’s message.

Integrated Campaigns and Real-Time Engagement

Design and implement integrated social media campaigns to support key initiatives, events, and product launches. Monitor social platforms for real-time opportunities to engage with audiences, drive conversations, and enhance ADP’s reputation. Work in close collaboration with media team to align paid activations and organic channels and thought leadership posts, ensuring alignment with content and audience strategies.

Data-Driven Optimization

Analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content, campaigns, and platforms. Translate data into actionable insights, refining strategies to optimize engagement, reach, and ROI. Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and adjust campaigns based on performance data.

Community Management and Advocacy

Strengthen ADP’s online community by fostering meaningful engagement and interaction across platforms. Empower associates to participate in ADP’s social marketing initiatives and build their own thought leadership presence. Manage ADP’s suite of social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social) to ensure effective publishing, monitoring, and reporting.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. At least 8-10 years of experience managing social media, digital marketing, or content strategies. Expertise in visual content creation using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva, as well as proficiency with generative AI tools for content ideation and production. Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, with a proven ability to drive audience growth and engagement. Analytical mindset, with experience using performance data to shape strategy and improve results. Leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams and work effectively in a matrixed organization. Exceptional communication, writing, and storytelling skills, with an ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences and platforms. Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
