**Job Description** **Position:** Manager Mfg. Excellence, Digitalization & QMS **Department: Production** **Designation:** Senior Manager 2 **Education Qualification:** B. Pharma / M. Pharma, MBA / 6 sigma black belt (Preferred) **Total Years of Experience:** 10+ Years **Job Role:** Operational Management, Continuous Improvement, QMS in Charge and Digitalization Transformation **Responsibilities:** + To drive operational efficiency improvements by building the culture of continuous improvement across the site. + Identify root cause of gap from demand Vs commit and commit vs supply & create action plan with site leadership team. + To work closely with site leadership and help them to identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of quality, cost, productivity & delivery and conducting gap analysis and driving OE Projects by identifying the bottleneck areas. + To study the current value stream & optimize the same for cycle time reduction & improvements of D2D. + To monitor delivery of products in time as per desired specifications. + Yield improvements of critical product with respect to financial gain & loss to reduce the operational cost of the plant. + Run the cost saving initiative and idea generation drive to control the operational cost & improve the FTE/Mn matrix for the site. + To drive VSM, ASPIRE, KAIZEN and Quality Circle projects for improvement projects. + End to end handling of QMS activities including OOT / OOS / Market complaint / Investigation / CAPA / deviation & change control. + To ensure implementation of CAPA on time. + To response external and internal inspection on time. + To meet the production schedule both in quantity & quality. + Execute automation initiative to optimize operational processes. + Provide technical support and training on new digital tools and system + Develop digital strategy align with business objectives + Implement and manage digital transformation projects + Support in existing initiative to keep improving (5s, Daily work management, visual matrix standard work etc.) and new initiative to be launched. + Coaching and support to project leader in data monitoring and analysis and timely execution of Six Sigma process.
