Department: Monitoring and Coordination Position: Senior Manager Monitoring and Coordination Location: ISB - Corporate HQT Number Of Openings: 1 Description: Senior Manager will report to Director Monitoring and Coordination & assist him in ensuring following tasks:-
1.Managing fleet with maximum availability of aircraft.
2.Coordinate upcoming scheduled inspections/repairs (in-country/abroad), timely replacement of parts, addressing MELs within available time on ground by staggering Flight schedule in coordination with Fleet, Engineering and FOCC with least impact on availability of aircraft.
3.Special focus on upkeep of aircraft cabin aesthetically based on input from FSRs and independent random inspections with special focus on cleanliness and missing/unserviceable cabin parts.
4.Monitor progress of enhancement of Engineering facilities in support of own fleet and as a possible service provider for other operators.
5.Attend daily Ops meeting with Director. Monitor essential attendance and responses/actions on outstanding issues.
6.Monitor delayed flights to ensure Regularity-above 90% and OTP-above 80%.
7.Maintaining above record on monthly basis in coordination with FOCC.
8.Monitor flights (arrival/departures) effected by out of slot syndrome and suggest remedial measures to concerned operational departments.
9.Keep vigilance on operational resources/requirements of each operational department to ensure their smooth functioning in support of flight operations.
10.Implementation of company policies on allowable baggage carriage and seat allocation complications in coordination with Terminal Operations.
11.Any other task assigned by Director.
Position Qualification Requirements include: Highest educational degree awarded: Bachelors Degree Work Experience in Similar Position: 16+ years Required Skills: Qualification: BE (Aerospace or Avionics) from a reputable university.
Experience: More than 20 yrs experience in Aviation Industry including at least 10 yrs of managing aircraft fleet resources. Experience of management of spares, planning scheduled inspections, working in MRO, working in senior technical management posts.
