As the Senior Manager of NAND Product Management for Micron’s Storage Business Unit (SBU), you will be at the forefront of defining Micron's NAND vision for SBU. You and your team will pioneer the development of groundbreaking products for Micron’s NAND roadmap, crafting innovative solutions that will drive the AI revolution!

Role and Responsibilities:

Define and articulate Micron's NAND vision for the SBU.Own the development and definition of innovative productsDevelop ground breaking solutions to power advancements in AI technology.Engage in strategic business development with leading NAND customers in the storage industry.Work with sales teams to develop both short-range and long-range demand, pricing and revenue forecastsDevelop strategic customer plans to maintain and grow Micron’s Enterprise Component NAND businessTrack and lead design-win progress in key market segments/customers and work with the customer and Micron engineering teams to resolve technical barriersWork with multi-functional teams (technology development, SSD Architecture, SSD marketing, etc.) to develop and leverage key NAND features, specifications and requirements and build consensus on cost, schedule and performance targetsGenerating product collateral (roadmaps, product technical and performance summaries, etc.)Coordinate and compile future enterprise and client SSD market trends, find opportunities and enables solutionsMaintain clear and timely communication around the health, priorities, and trade-offs of the product line, across all levels of the Micron organization to drive execution over the lifecycle of our products – from development to end-of-life 

Qualification and Education:

BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; MS or MBA helpful10+ years of work experience in the semiconductor industry in product development, engineering and product planning product line management rolesProven experience in product management, particularly within the NAND or storage industry.Solid understanding of market trends and customer needs in the NAND space.Outstanding leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in developing and driving critical initiatives.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to present sophisticated information to executives and stakeholders.Excellent presentation and communication skills – for internal, external, and executive audiencesProven track record to think creatively and innovativelyFamiliarity with the latest trends and technologies in SSDs and/or NANDAbility to understand, discuss and explain NAND operations, performance limitations and improvement opportunitiesCapable of discussing technical details of issues with Applications and Product engineering teams and customer engineersProfessional judgment, discretion, and critical thinkingAnalytical abilities to forecast and identify trends and challengesExperience leading cross-functional teams and working across multiple locations.Ability to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally.
