Senior Manager of Commerce Operational Support (Agriculture)

**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** Responsible for directing/monitoring all support aspects that leads to success of Commerce operations. This includes monitoring results through Indicator reporting, drafting operational plans, supporting the development of responsible operational budgets, and monitor accuracy of financial reports to support informed decision-making. You will report to the Executive Director of Commerce.
**Primary Tasks:**
1.You will contribute to the short and long-term planning of Commerce operations to maximize profitability and ensure outstanding quality service.
2.Track and develop reports for tracking important performance and project Indicators across the division. Highlight areas where improvement is needed and helps revise operational plans.
3.Logistical coordination of all key operational imperatives, metrics, & supply chain management.
4.Guide assigned business transformation plans to support operational needs.
5.Serve as the primary liaison with reporting analytics and performance analytics during annual budget development; identify opportunities to eliminate waste while ensuring operational needs are considered.
6.You will track all capital projects ensuring completion of all approved projects, facilitate the reallocation of funding.
7.Develop a methodology to oversee the internal tracking of important Commerce projects.
8.Help create written plans for important operational projects. Alerts leadership when operational plans encounter barriers or challenges.
9.Track all important events across the brand (promotions, trainings, installs, upgrades, special events) and ensure schedules are respective of operational needs. Be a liaison to important support responsibilities including IT, finance, procurement, creating a collaborative environment and ensure event scheduling of all areas is considered.
10.Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Oral and written correspondence techniques
* Understanding of budgeting and financials and how profit center actions the profitability
* Computer and analytic skills. Use Microsoft Word, Excel (can perform complex functions), and PowerPoint
* Proficient use of Oracle ERP, Kronos, LMS, Anaplan, Casino Insight, InMoment and Cobblestone.
* Understanding of Oklahoma alcohol rules and regulations
* Five (5) years Gaming, Hospitality, Retail, or Agriculture experience in an operational and financial capacity
