Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Governance

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Governance to join Zions Bancorporation.  As a key member of our cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance leadership team, this position will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of cybersecurity governance and the enterprise cybersecurity awareness & training programs. Responsibilities:

·         Serve as a key leader within the Enterprise Information Security (EIS) and partner with internal cybersecurity teams, business stakeholders, audit, and technology teams to develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity program.

·         Ensure cybersecurity policies and standards are updated and communicated as required and ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulatory and audit requirements.

·         Serve as liaison with internal/external auditors, Legal, and regulatory bodies, facilitating management action plans and requisite follow-up.

·         Manage the EIS cybersecurity awareness & training program to include EIS cyber knowledge/skill training, Secure System Development Life Cycle training improvements, OWASP training, enterprise cyber phishing program, and enterprise cyber awareness communications.

·         Manage a hands-on, pro-active approach to managing the Cyber Security risks by analyzing cyber controls effectiveness and automation improvement opportunities. 

·         Attend meetings representing the EIS senior leadership team (as requested) and disseminate information about the EIS programs.

·         Manage and develop staff of cyber professionals to achieve business objectives.

·         Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

·         10+ years of combined experience with regulatory & audit compliance and/or information technology & operations, information security, information assurance, program and project management, risk analysis within the within the financial industry.

·         6+ years of supervisory/managerial experience (directly overseeing people, programs, budgets) within the financial industry.

·         In-depth knowledge of cyber risk management, governance and compliance practices and procedures.

·         Experience implementing and measuring cybersecurity maturity with frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, COBIT, Cloud Controls Matrix (CCM), COSO and FFIEC CSWP

·         Proven communication skills, including written deliverables and oral presentations, and analysis skills 

·         Understanding of regulatory requirements and audit response.

·         Demonstrated experience working directly with regulatory agencies and managing regulatory examinations.

 

 

 

Location:

This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of four days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
