You are responsible for directly sourcing data using languages and tools such as SQL, Python, Alteryx, Excel, and Salesforce, and analyzing that data in ways that support practical decision making and strategy setting. You expertly communicate your findings and recommend strategies to executives and business partners. Additionally, you lead data projects and guide other analysts on the team on best practices. Responsibilities Provide analytical support to optimize subscriber counts, operational processes and costs, and revenue.Lead key customer experience & fiber expansion initiatives using quantitative and qualitative data and analytics.Manipulate large data sets, navigating a variety of servers, data types and data structures.Drive end to end analytical process, from formulation of requirements, data acquisition, analysis, validation, and summarization of relevant results.What we offer: Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it.
