Does working in a fast-paced environment with agility sound exciting?_ We’re hiring for a Senior Manager role within the Business Finance organization to drive the end-to-end finance engagement with the Global Partner Solutions organization. This role will be a trusted advisor supporting the SVP – GPS and their leadership team. The overriding objective is to drive value creation by partnering with the business/respective finance support teams and driving performance through a rigorous, constructive assessment of operating strategies and results. **The Main Responsibilities** + Lead a finance team that will support GPS and serve as a cultural catalyst driving a growth mindset within the finance org. Develop and invest in your team growing theirskillsets and building a high performing team + Understand the business levers and drivers of performance across key areas of the business, including the indirect and direct partner trends + Partner with the Director – Central FP&A to manage the finance ROB: close, budgeting, forecasting, etc. for GPS + Provide end-to-end FP&A support for investment decisions / ROI analysis + Partner with the SVP GPS to drive the strategy for the partner model from thought leadership on the engagement models with partners to compensation strategy, etc. working across AGT and Lumen to land the execution + Proactively seek ways to drive efficiencies / scale broadly across your Finance team **What We Look For in a Candidate** Required + Proven ability to take high level direction and produce results which show thought leadership and drive value creation for the business with limited supervision. + Develops analytical frameworks and performs analysis to help facilitate senior-level decision-making on business issues and/or problems (either individually or through team members). + A hands-on approach to getting the job done and an ability to influence effectively. + Leadership – Build trust with colleagues, take people with you, influence decisions and develop talent. + Partnering and collaboration – world class business partnering to the senior leadership team. + Thrive on change and continuous improvement - simplifying and automatic processes using technology. + A strong communicator, able to build relationships. + Excellent commercial insights and a creative approach to problem solving. + Ability to be self-motivated, and to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines and deliverables. + Predisposed to look for root causes and implement lasting change, rather than quick fixes. + High attention to detail and ability to spot underlying trends and inconsistencies in financial data and analysis. Preferred + Education Level: Bachelor's Degree + Field of Study: Finance, accounting, business, or similar + A combination of education and experience is acceptable + Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities. + Ability to prioritize with good time management skills. **Compensation** This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
