Senior Manager of Partner Enablement

This position is responsible for designing and scaling a global Partner Enablement program, in conjunction with Workiva's Product Enablement Team and in alignment with the company's strategic vision. They are responsible for setting and driving the Partner Enablement vision and execution strategy, owning content production & delivery, keeping all parties informed of key initiatives, changes, challenges, and measurement against expected results.

This position will report to the global head of Product Enablement and work closely with cross-functional leadership across the company and within the Customer and Partner Experience teams.  They will drive new learning experiences that will positively impact Workiva's partners' success (both implementation and managed service provider partners) in implementing, supporting and using the Workiva platform. 

What You'll Do

Develop and implement Partner Enablement Strategies

Define and align partner enablement goals with Workiva business goals

Incorporate blended learning principles and other fit for purpose enablement tactics suited for implementation and managed services partners

Create roll-out plans that consider current vs future resources and resource allocation

Contribute to the design and roll-out of monetized partner offers

Collaboration with Internal Teams

Establish and maintain relationships to effectively communicate with key business unit leaders and senior management

Raise visibility and ensure collaboration with appropriate key stakeholders

Engage with internal teams to build collaboratively prioritized development roadmaps

Monitoring and Reporting

Define KPIs, measure, and report on the effectiveness of partner enablement efforts. 

Drive a consistent approach for obtaining and consolidating feedback to regularly identify areas of improvement and gaps.

Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to make necessary adjustments to strategies and resources to meet evolving partner and company needs.

What You’ll Need

Minimum Qualifications

Typically requires 8 years of related experience

Experience with Partner Enablement

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Partner Enablement in a SaaS environment preferred

Experience with partner success strategy and execution

Executive level relationship management with partners

Extensive project management of complex transformations

History of utilizing learning design and adult learning theory

History of collaboration with cross-functional stake-holders

Experience building training materials and facilitating live presentations and workshops

Understanding of monetization strategies

Experience driving go to market efforts

Experience managing individual and teams

Understanding of variations between implementation partners and managed services partners

Minimum 3 years direct people management experience preferred, including supervisory experience of entry-level managers and/or established individual contributor

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

Minimal travel required for internal meetings

Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office

How You’ll Be Rewarded

✅ Salary range in the US: $114,000.00 - $187,000.00

✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually

✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire

✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
