Job Description

Position Summary: The Senior Manager of Professional Services will lead a dynamic team of service professionals and project managers in delivering a large-scale projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, extensive project management experience, and an understanding of equity management solutions. The Senior Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including product and engineering teams, to ensure the efficient delivery of services and the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service professionals and project managers.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.Monitor team members' workload and assign tasks to ensure optimal utilization.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Project Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the equity management project.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Act as the initial point of escalation for project-related issues.

Client Engagement:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project status and deliverables.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and project outcomes.Align team goals with the overall objectives of the organization.Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into project management processes.

Financial Management:

Manage project budgets and financials.Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing.Track and report on project financial performance.

Executive Communication and Reporting:

Keep leadership informed of major and critical events related to the project delivery.Provide frequent status update reports tailored to an executive audience.

Change Management:

Direct change management efforts to transition the project from delivery to Business as Usual.Develop processes for project change management and ensure adherence to those processes.

Process Improvement:

Continuously monitor existing processes related to project delivery and suggest improvements to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with occasional travel required.Remote work environment with occasional in-office work.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.Extensive experience in service delivery, with significant experience in a leadership role.Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, preferably in equity management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.PMP or similar project management certification is a plus; Agile certification and understanding of Scrum principles are desirable.Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, balancing client demands, consultant workloads, and project risks.Demonstrated success in improving client satisfaction and retention.Extensive experience in managing and optimizing operations, ensuring adherence to delivery standards, methodologies, and financial targets.
