Senior Manager of Reward
**Job Description** Carnival UK, the leading cruise operator in the UK, is seeking an established Senior Manager of Reward to join our team in Southampton. In this role and through collaboration with colleagues internationally as part of the wider Carnival Corporation family, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the cruise industry and contribute to our mission of providing unforgettable experiences for our guests. **The Role** The Senior Manager of Reward will play a crucial role in developing and implementing reward strategies and programs that attract, retain, and motivate and talented and multi-cultural workforce across Carnival UK. Reporting to the Director of Performance, Talent and Reward, this role will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that our reward initiatives align with business objectives and support a high-performance culture. + Lead in the design, implementation and management of competitive compensation structures that support our the organisational design principles and that attract and retain talented people while ensuring internal equity and compliance with regulatory requirements. + Produce high quality analytics and scenarios that support the budgeting and forecasting process to enable business leaders to make informed decisions. + Coordinate the company’s annual performance and reward cycle. + Monitor the effectiveness of our incentive plans and proactively make recommendations regarding adjustments or improvements. + Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark Carnival UK's reward offerings against industry standards and best practices. + Provide expertise and guidance on reward-related matters, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, incentive plan design, and regulatory compliance. + Lead and develop 2x direct reports. Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President). This role is a CUK06 and is offered on a full time permanent basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, a minimum of 3 days per week. **About You** Fresh ideas and different perspectives are what excite us most and help us to succeed. Alongside bringing these to the role, you’ll also need: + Experience in Reward, with detailed HR policy knowledge. + Strong analytical skills for producing accurate management information and conducting cost-benefit analysis. + Ability to handle sensitive information with tact, communicate technical details clearly, and maintain attention to detail. + Proficient in implementing efficient systems and process, working under tight deadlines, and collaborating effectively within teams and with functional stakeholders. **Being part of our team has its advantages…** We recognise the value in having people with a variety of backgrounds, experience and skills in our business.
