CACI has an immediate need for a Senior Manager of Sales.


The Opportunity:
The Senior Manager of Sales, Federal Digital Technology Division, leads strategic sales initiatives focused on intelligence and digital technology solutions for federal government agencies, military branches, and public sector organizations. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing complex sales cycles, and expanding CACI's market presence in the federal space.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within federal and public sector markets, with a focus on intelligence and digital technology solutionsBuild and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across federal agencies, key programs within CACI and amongst the SI community, military organizations, and public sector entitiesLead capture strategy development and proposal efforts for major federal opportunities, including IDIQs, GWACs, and agency-specific contractsManage a team of sales professionals and collaborate with solution architects, proposal teams, and delivery organizationsCreate and present executive-level briefings on CACI's capabilities in intelligence, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT modernizationMonitor federal market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic planningCoordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between customer requirements and CACI's solution offeringsDrive the development of compelling value propositions and ROI analyses for complex technology solutions ​


Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field10+ years of progressive experience in federal/public sector technology salesProven track record of closing large-scale federal contracts ($25M+)Active Secret or Top Secret security clearanceDemonstrated experience with federal procurement processes, FAR/DFAR regulations, and contract vehiclesStrong understanding of intelligence community and federal agency technology requirementsExcellence in relationship building and executive-level communication

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Technology Management or related field. Military Service preferred.Experience with CACI's core capabilities in intelligence analysis, digital solutions, cybersecurity, and enterprise ITBackground in military or intelligence community operationsKnowledge of federal technology modernization initiatives and prioritiesExperience managing capture teams for large federal opportunitiesEstablished relationships within target federal agencies

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$99,800 - $219,600
