**About the Role**
The **Senior Manager of SIOP** will direct and oversee SIOP for Carrier’s North America HVAC aftermarket. You will implement and maintain SIOP demand and supply planning in alignment with commercial, supply chain, operational, and finance goals. You will be responsible for the monthly cycle of S&OP and weekly cadence of S&OE for RC (Replacement Components).
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead SIOP demand and supply reviews; guide final decision making on open items and trade-offs; prepare escalations for executive review where appropriate.
+ Lead weekly S&OE sessions.
+ Collaborate with senior management to align demand planning initiatives with overall business strategies and goals. Ensure alignment between revenue and demand plans.
+ Coordinate cross-functional discussions to document and challenge demand plan assumptions.
+ Understand the drivers of demand changes, customers, and revenue impacts and potential effects on the downstream processes.
+ Collaborate with material managers to generate recommendations to solve supply gaps and support long-term sales demand.
+ Measure, analyze and report key SIOP supply metrics, while monitoring adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 6+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or Sales Operations
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ MBA or master’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain management or finance
+ Strong working knowledge of S&OE and/or S&OP with implementation experience
+ Experience utilizing demand and supply planning software
+ Ability to build cross-functional relationships through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Experience in aftermarket demand and supply planning
+ Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
+ Experience managing direct staff

**Pay Range:**
$109,456 - $191,938 Annually
