\nAs a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance here at Honeywell, you will hold a highly influential position within our finance organization. Your role will entail utilizing advanced modeling skills and deep knowledge of the competitive landscape to deliver valuable insights and recommendations that facilitate decision-making and drive growth via a newly formed Strategic Finance function. You will report directly to our Vice President of Investor Relations and Strategic Finance and work out of our Charlotte, NC global headquarters.
\nIn this role, you will be accountable for analyzing Honeywell’s growth strategy, the competitive positioning of our portfolio of businesses, and market trends among peer companies. You will develop and communicate data-driven, financial and strategic analysis to generate insights that enable Honeywell to optimize our portfolio, while collaborating with teams across Finance, Strategy, M&A and our Strategic Business Groups. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators for Honeywell and peers, which will be essential to track relative performance and identify areas of differentiation.
\nRESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nDeliver in-depth analysis and data-driven insights related to the company’s annual strategic and operating planning activities, including financial statement analysis, valuation assessments, and capital deployment scenarios.\nAnalyze Honeywell’s portfolio, growth strategy and market trends of peer and competitor companies to identify business risks and opportunities.\nWork with cross-functional teams to develop both internal and external financial analysis that is communicated to Honeywell leadership regularly.\nMonitor and report on key performance indicators to track business positioning and identify areas for improvement.\nPartner closely with the Investor Relations team to stay current on investor perception, sentiment and feedback, as well as provide analytical support as needed.\nActively contribute to a high-performing team of finance professionals across Strategic Finance and Investor Relations.\nYOU MUST HAVE
\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in strategic finance, capital markets or related roles.\nStrong analytical capabilities in both finance and strategy, including detailed modeling and excel prowess.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\n\nWE VALUE
