Overview
As a Senior Marketing Manager for Offering Marketing at DXC, you will play a pivotal role in driving offering growth and enhancing its brand presence in the market. Reporting directly to the Director, Consulting & Engineering Services Offering Marketing you will be responsible to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Develop and implement integrated marketing programs for offerings within DXC Consulting & Engineering Services to achieve business objectives, drive revenue growth, and increase market share.Collaborate with offering, sales, and cross-functional marketing teams to develop compelling marketing programs, campaigns and content that drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential.Leverage data and analytics to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all marketing initiatives, communications, and customer touchpoints.Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.Utilize client insights and feedback to inform messaging and go-to-market strategies.Contribute to a client-centric culture within the marketing organization, emphasizing the importance of understanding and meeting customer needs.Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.10-15+ years of relevant work experience working with global technology services organizations including collaboration with partner marketing (ie. SAP, Service Now, Microsoft).Demonstrated success in creating and implementing effective integrated marketing programs that drive business growth and ROI, ideally on a global level.Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the marketing, sales and offering organizations work in a global, virtual team environment.Broad experience across various marketing fields: internal and external communications, digital, social media, content marketing, events.Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with strong verbal, presentation, and writing skills.Comfortable juggling strategic direction and practical day-to-day tactics of getting things done.Willingness to work outside of regular office hours due to international time zones.Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel), SharePoint, MS Teams and/or other collaboration tools experience.Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $114,200 - $212,000.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
