Senior Manager Paid Media

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Media Management to lead the planning and buying of media for Schneider Electric business in India.  This is a key role within the Global Marketing India Team and will liaison with broad set of stakeholders including India Chief Marketing Officer, Media Buying Agencies, Media Publishers, Digital Marketeers, Marcom Managers and Communications Team to create a solid media planning strategy and execution.

 

This position needs you to be a tough negotiator, a smooth communicator, and a multi-tasker. On top of that, if you are sharp at media buying techniques and possess superior analytical skills to translate marketing briefs into amazing media plans, nobody can stop you from being successful in this role. In this role you need to have good grasp of media tactics covering varied marketing touchpoints including Digital, Print, Outdoor, TV, Radio, eCommerce, and other marketing touchpoints.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·  Work with marketing teams and support them in building the top and middle sales funnel through well thought out digital and offline media strategy.

·  Plan and Execute Paid Media Campaigns to Grow Brand & Product Awareness, Increase Website Traffic, Generate Leads and Drive Funnel conversion.

·  Manage media buying and channels\: Paid search, Paid Social-media, GDN, Programmatic Buying, Strategic Media partnerships.

·  Execute campaigns meticulously with the help of multiple agencies. Help the agencies optimize the campaigns through timely and relevant feedback and critical evaluation. Work hand-in-hand with media publishers. Use 3rd party vendors, internal functional experts and the internal tools set to ensure the media strategy is flawlessly executed, optimized and performance reporting is shared.

·  Agency management\: Manage the relationship with Global /Local media agencies in the region to ensure the activities are flawlessly executed, optimized and performance reporting is shared.

·  Manage e-commerce campaigns on multiple first and third-party platforms.

·  Acquire and share best practices in digital media. Accelerate adoption of digital media in the country

·  Drive solid Return on Investment (ROI) from Media Campaigns including driving Brand and Business Impact including end to end management of lead management process.

 

Requirements\:

·  7 years’ experience in media planning and buying – combination of working with leading media agencies in India and working with Top companies with considerable media spends

·  Candidates with experience of B2C and B2B brands are highly preferred

·  Hands-on digital media buying experience across multiple platforms\: Google Ads, Meta, Linkedin, Programmatic, GDN etc. Both biddable (performance) and direct deal (impact) media buying.

·  Strong experience of working with Media publishers including Times Group, HT Group, Meta, Alphabet and Other leading media publishers in India

·  Strong experience in running Performance Marketing Campaigns including Account Based Marketing campaigns

·  Strong grasp in media optimization analytics to take data driven decisions

·  Understanding of digital tools like Google Analytics, ComScore and offline planning tools like BARC

·  Strong understanding of platforms like Demandbase, Madison Logic etc.

·  Knowledge of lead nurture and marketing automation tools like SFMC

Expertise in data visualization, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint

·  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

·  A proactive, impact-driven mindset focused on customer success.

·  Ability to lead initiatives and deliver results by engaging with cross-functional teams
