We are seeking a Senior Manager Partner Ecosystem to lead the development and execution of our partner strategy. In this role, you will be pivotal in cultivating and managing relationships with key partners, ensuring that these alliances contribute significantly to our business goals. Utilizing your experience in partner management and strategic planning, you will collaborate with internal teams to align partner activities with our broader objectives, drive ecosystem growth, and deliver compelling value propositions for our cutting-edge Network-on-Chip (NoC) Semiconductor IPs and SoC Integration Automation offerings. Key responsibilities: Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with key strategic partners. Develop and execute strategies to attract and engage high-value partners.Partner Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of partner relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective resolution of issues. Foster a collaborative environment to drive joint success.Program Execution: Design, implement, and manage partner programs and initiatives. Track and report on program effectiveness, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.Collaboration & Alignment: Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, and R&D to ensure that partner strategies are aligned with company goals. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to optimize partner contributions.Metrics & Reporting: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner activities. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on the effectiveness of partner programs and overall ecosystem health. Experience requirements: 2+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related field.Proven track record in developing and managing successful partnerships and alliances.Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of partner ecosystems and channel strategies.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders.Proficiency with tools and platforms relevant to partner management and collaboration. Nice to have skills: Experience with industry-specific technologies or tools related to our business.Advanced degree (MBA or similar) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in leading large-scale partner programs or initiatives.Familiarity with CRM systems and partnership management software. Education requirements: MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar degree.An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
