Senior Manager Partner Mgmt & Alliances
Sr Mgr Partner Alliances is responsible for achieving the sales and margin targets for all categories of products and services within their area of responsibility. Incumbents develop and implement successful product marketing programs unique to the specific categories, business units and selling venues, supported by the development of competitive strategies relative to vendors, pricing, assortment and merchandising.
Location: This is a hybrid work opportunity in Toronto or Montreal, Canada.

About the role
As a Sr Mgr Partner Alliances, you will drive our overall go to market initiatives and partnerships across multiple facets of the Endpoint product portfolio. This role leads and manages a team of people, but also requires significant individual contribution and a “roll up your sleeves” approach. You will work with leaders from multiple functional groups and business units within the company including: services practice, sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
Achieve margin, deal registration and supplier reimbursement (PI) targets for all assigned products, services, or categories. Create and implement major product category and partner strategies. Work closely with Sales, Sales Specialty, Marketing, Operations, and Finance management to coordinate cross department development and execution of plans and programs. Direct management responsibility of a team of Partner managers, Partner Specialists and Technical Sales specialists in the accomplishment of assigned goals. What we’re looking for
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university, MBA preferred, or combination of education and experience. 8 years’ experience in product merchandising or marketing, 3 years in management, preferably in the IT industry, with a medium to large organization. Must be knowledgeable of the IT manufacturer base and be familiar with IT market dynamics as well as partner marketing programs. Experience in managing multiple tasks of varying difficulty and complexity.
