Reporting to the Executive Director of Enterprise Access, the Senior Manager of Patient Engagement Center (PEC) Operations is responsible for administering the daily operations of the PEC and for ensuring department goals and objectives are achieved and maintained, including a high-level of personalized customer service. This position will collaborate with the Executive Director Enterprise Access and leaders across the system to strategize and implement new service offerings and scope. The Senior Manager is directly responsible for motivating and developing staff, and cultivating a positive culture and team environment for the PEC while ensuring achievement of operational goals, productivity/efficiency metrics, and service levels.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor's DegreeUpon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.
