The position
You will be responsible for driving the innovation efforts by enabling (digital) patient and pharmacy services and solutions focused on improving disease awareness, access to diagnosis and treatment, treatment satisfaction and treatment effectiveness, among other customer centric performance metrics. The goal will be to establish a strong regional operating model, solution ecosystem and data infrastructure along the patient journey, which may include the use of CRM tools, marketing automation, digital channels and (advanced) data management and analytics tools to optimize the customer experience.
Your other main responsibilities will be:
• Identify patient & pharmacy engagement opportunities in alignment with regional and local strategy.
• Drive solution design and business case development for funding and effective resource allocation.
• Lead agile implementation of solutions.
• Validate solution performance.
• Manage solution vendors and healthcare ecosystem partner relations.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
• University degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Innovation, Computer Science and/or Econometrics.
• A minimum of 5 years of digital-related experience (e.g., Digital Marketing, CRM, MarTech, Digital Channel DevOps, Digital Innovation, Customer Engagement, Business Development) within multinational pharmaceutical/health care company.
• Proven track record in deploying new digital products or projects across different geographies.
• An innovation track record working on, or driving, disruptive projects from idea to launch to scale.
• Experience enabling complex initiatives and ensuring their uptake in the organization.
• Knowledge and passion for digital trends.
• Experience in developing relationships and working with multiple stakeholders on high-profile cross-functional and multinational initiatives.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to travel once per quarter outside the country.
About the department
The role will support our business units in identifying patient and pharmacy engagement opportunities and exploring them in coordination with Emerging Markets regional strategy and prioritized affiliates. Solutions may be built in-house or sourced through healthcare ecosystem vendors and partnerships. You will be the part of Digital & Customer Engagement department.
