**Job Description:**
**What You'll Do**
This role is responsible for leading the Leave & Accommodation (PALS), the employee experience team, and additional teams in the People Services area as defined. This leader is responsible for delivering efficient and compliant leave programs, with a strong emphasis on employee experience and enhancing processes. This is leader is responsible for managing a diverse team that executes various HR transactions, resolves inquiries and provides a high-level care while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with HR policies and practices.
**How You'll Do It**
+ Hire, develop, and lead a high performing team, scalable processes and procedures to enable a consistent, positive employee experience across transactions and interactions with employees. Provide leadership and operations support for the delivery of HR services to employees ensuring quality customer service.
+ Review and assess escalated employee accommodation, leave, hardship and other escalated requests, ensuring compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), other applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
+ Keep up to date on leave & accommodation related laws like FMLA, ADA, and state specific regulations.
+ Partner with Director to mature HR’s service delivery model including self-service, transaction support, and complex issues & escalations. Lead and drive large-scale strategic initiatives that achieve a future vision for a modernized HR function. Identify and advance process improvements and provide strategic direction and guidance on continued development of HR portal, knowledge management, and other tools.
+ Provide thought partnership to leaders by recommending approaches and solutions that improve HR’s employee experience through powerful moments that matter. Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside of HR to achieve a future vision for HR’s service delivery model.
+ Focus on data management and the mitigation of risk by redefining internal controls for key processes including control testing, compliance reporting, data accuracy & data privacy. Partnering with HR Risk team to ensure timeliness of compliance issues.
+ Establish employee experience level measurements and track effectiveness (speed, quality, satisfaction & overall experience) for the purpose of improvement. Identify patterns, trends, and perform root cause analyzes to drive targeted improvements for optimal results.
+ Assess and refine workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
**Qualifications You'll Need**
**The Basics**
+ Bachelors Business Administration and Management, Human Resources or related
+ 10+ years HR, Shared Services, Operations, Customer Service, or Consulting
+ 5+ years Experience managing a leave and/or accommodation team
+ 4+ years People Management Experience
+ In lieu of education, 12+ years HR, Shared Services, Operations, Customer Service, or Consulting and 8+ years Experience managing a leave and/or accommodation team and 6+ years People Management Experience

**Compensation:**
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $106,000.00 to $178,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
