Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role will be at the forefront of revolutionizing HR through the power of Generative AI, automation, and advanced analytics. This role will drive AI initiatives across the entire employee journey, enabling personalized employee experiences, increasing HR efficiency, and ensuring the democratization of HR data for better decision-making. The role will drive the transformation of HR operations with AI-driven insights, fostering a data-centric culture in GCA that delivers maximum business impact. Additionally, this role will ensure compliance with local reporting requirements while leveraging global People Intelligence capabilities to create synergies and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Driven HR Transformation & Strategy
Develop and implement a cutting-edge AI and people analytics strategy that transforms HR services and enhances business impact in close alignment with Global People Intelligence team.
Champion the integration of AI across the employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, learning, etc.) to drive automation, improve decision-making, and create personalized experiences for employees.
Act as the local AI and analytics leader, ensuring alignment with GCA-specific HR regulations and global People Intelligence initiatives.
2. Personalized Employee Experience & Data Democratization
Utilize Gen AI / LLM to deliver personalized employee experiences, from e.g. tailored career development plans to customized well-being programs.
Enable HR teams and business leaders to access meaningful, AI-driven insights through user-friendly, democratized data insights and platform.
Develop strategies and support employment of digital self-service solutions and AI-powered chatbots to enhance employee engagement and HR service accessibility.
Ensure ethical and responsible AI use by collaborating closely with Legal, Data Privacy, and Compliance teams.
3. AI-Powered Reporting & Decision-Making
Develop real-time, AI-enhanced dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders in alignment with global People Intelligence.
Automate reporting and insights generation (customized reporting) to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance HR’s strategic role in decision-making.
Collaborate with the global People Intelligence team to ensure AI-driven insights are seamlessly integrated across markets.
4. AI-Enabled Efficiency & Innovation in HR
Implement AI-driven process automation to reduce manual HR tasks and boost operational efficiency.
Introduce and scale AI solutions such as natural language processing, generative AI, and robotic process automation (RPA) to optimize HR functions.
Foster a culture of continuous experimentation and innovation, encouraging the adoption of AI technologies within HR.
Identify and implement AI-driven tools to enhance recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and learning & development in GCA.
5. Collaboration & AI Advocacy
Act as the bridge between HR, IT, and Data Science teams to drive AI initiatives and technological adoption in GCA and be the pilot / incubator for global initiatives.
Partner with external AI providers, academic institutions, and industry experts to stay ahead of AI advancements in HR.
Drive AI literacy and upskilling within the HR organization, ensuring teams are equipped to leverage AI-driven insights effectively.
Advocate for a data-driven mindset across HR, positioning AI as a strategic enabler of business and people decisions.
6. Continuous Learning & Upskilling
Establish a learning ecosystem to continuously develop AI, analytics, and digital skills within HR teams.
Provide mentorship, training, and knowledge-sharing opportunities to enhance AI fluency across the organization.
Stay ahead of AI trends, continuously testing and implementing emerging technologies to future-proof HR.
Promote an agile, learning-focused HR function that embraces change and technological advancement.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, HR, Business Analytics, AI, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in People Analytics, AI-driven HR transformation, or Workforce Planning.
Strong expertise in AI tools, HR analytics platforms, and data visualization software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or similar technologies).
Experience implementing AI initiatives in HR, including process automation, predictive analytics, and personalized employee experiences.
Deep understanding of GCA-specific HR regulations, labor laws, and workforce reporting requirements.
Proven ability to translate complex AI and data insights into actionable business strategies.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with a passion for AI-driven transformation.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and change management abilities.
