Senior Manager - Performance Management
Position Summary

The Senior Manager (SM) role demands establishing consistent disciplined process and strong analytic experience. SM will assist in managing all IS&T financials & performance management through ongoing analysis, evaluation, and optimization of vendor and other department expenses. 
This role, in addition to the aforementioned financial responsibilities will also assist with departmental key tasks and KPIs to ensure that progress to plan is actively reviewed, regular status updates provided and subsequent actions are derived to optimize department performance.

Primary Responsibility Assist with strategic initiatives for the IS&T organization to deliver successful results by improving the performance through identification of KPI's in 4 aspects: Financial Savings, Productivity Gains, Process Compliance and Customer Satisfaction Facilitate management of all IS&T financials & KPI's through ongoing analysis, evaluation, and optimization of vendors and other department expenses Centralize all IS&T capex and opex spend to standardize processes, identify cost reduction opportunities, and improve efficiencies  Maintain effective relationships with FP&A and Procurement to own the process of evaluating and scrutinizing contract agreements with the objective of right-sizing costs based on criticality of service, relative business risk, and completive vendor options Assist with departmental key tasks and KPIs to ensure that progress to plan is actively reviewed, regular status updates provided and subsequent actions are derived to optimize department performance Determine effective supplier management strategies, in conjunction with department strategy to deliver optimal best value total cost outcomes Monitor implementation of new supplier arrangements, ensuring minimal business disruption Develop performance measures for supplier relationships, including SLA’s and costing options Introduce a culture of innovation and ongoing cost improvements with all suppliers, which includes identification and implementation of supplier and/or joint improvements Identify and recommend continuous business process improvement of processes, policies and procedures between Galaxy Entertainment Group and our suppliers Requirements Degree holder in Business Administration or Finance, or equivalent related field. Professional qualification preferred Minimum 10 years’ experience in related roles and responsibilities with at least 5 years in management position in related functions Excellent IT operational, Finance and Procurement  knowledge to enable and apply best practice to day to day activities Experience effectively navigating and understanding organizational dynamics Strong ability to deliver and influence across broad stakeholder group, in a highly matrixed organization Effective managerial and people leadership skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and allocate tasks in a high pressure environment Competent in soft skill including but not limited to resource management, direction and arbitration, as well as conflict management and negotiations Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization Ability to monitor and manage progress of tasks, and attention to detail in task measurement Knowledge of local markets, vendors and how they operate. Effective contract management with experience in reviewing, and drafting IT contracts, including Hardware, Software and Services Proven track record of delivering significant savings and efficiencies across a diverse range of procurement projects Effective contract management with demonstrable outcomes Development of cutting edge strategies to reduce risk and maximize value for money Able to communicate effectively In written and spoken English. Preference for Chinese language skills also (Written and Oral) Experience coordinating and managing across multiple organizations, processes and initiatives Advance knowledge of Microsoft office, and particular in Excel-VBA for automating repetitive tasks and reporting is a must Knowledge on SAP is preferred
