Job Title: Senior Manager - Planning Productivity Lead

Role Responsibilities:

 Productivity

Drive productivity projects in Supply Chain Planning functionLook at all cost elements and identify projects for improvement - build healthy pipelineDrive Network optimizationDrive Cost to service projects to drive cost saving from higher truck utlization30cr of cost saving y-o-y

SLOB / Inventory management

Month on month tracking of inventoryIdentifying slow moving inventory and create provisioningWork with team to identify opportunities to liquidate / write back

Transformation Projects

Drive projects on batch management for inventory tracking, forecasting sensing

SKU rationalization

Footprint/ localization analysis

drive improve agenda across plan function - material planning, production planning, replenishment planning

drive tech adoption through frugal automation
