Principal activities:
Achieve The SQDC and Plant Plan for the Fiscal Year
Safety as a Priority; promoting and creating a Culture and awareness, among the employees.
Quality Culture and processes promotion and execution help us deliver quality Products to our customers.
Delivery and Service for our Markets and Customers, Aligned with the Commercial and Customer needs of the Plant Planning
Cost Management skills, for a Net absorption zero execution, by managing the manufacturing expenses and the absorption by manufacturing goods.
Enhance the Cost reduction and Inventory Management.
Develop Our team talent and promote a great place-to-work environment.
Always under integrity and respectful management within our code of conduct
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial or Mechanical with administration Experience.
+3 years as Plant Manager or Operations Manager.
+8 years in Leadership roles.
Promote Teamwork and people development skills.
Union negotiations and management experience.
Lean & Continuous Improvement Culture and Skills.
English as a Second Language.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Business Administration or Industrial.
