Senior Manager - Procurement

**Job Description :**
The POS and TTL Category Buyer is responsible for the procurement of point of sale (POS), Gifting & Warehousing category. This includes identifying and evaluating suppliers to create a strong and compliant supplier base for ensuring supply security along with managing and optimizing the cost base. The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong understanding of the POS market, as well as experience in procurement.
Qualification:
• Graduate and MBA
Experience: • Demand procurement experience of around 6-8 years in FMCG or related industry
Knowledge & skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Integrity and personal congruence
• Strong communication, interpersonal & negotiation Skills
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible, proactive approach ready to take on new challenges
• Excellent MS Excel, data management skills
• Ability to build good relationships with people
• Strong understanding of the POSM industry and drivers for the category
• Stays updated with new innovations in POSM and related industry
