This position is to support the VP in executing the Gaming Concession Committee (GCC)'s strategy in provide business partnership - working closely with the GCC Working Group and business units undertaking NG investment projects to ensure projects are developed, tracked and completed as planned with their investments amount qualified and on target against the concession contract obligations. The position will be the key agents formulating the yearly investment plan and develop implementation report to the Government as well as regulatory updates.

Primary Responsibility1. Establish and maintain connections with internal teams and regulators to minimize any risk on the Investment Plan.
2. Advise and guide business units in NG investments to ensure their recognition by the Government in terms of objective realization and investment amount.
3. Carry out variance analysis for investments to identify drivers for non-performance and feedback to stakeholders
4. Review regulatory reports and correspondence and ensure their accuracy, completeness and adherence to the required formats and timeline.
5. Write professional presentations that transform complex information or data into clear, concise and visually engaging slides.
6. Serve as a key representative in audits to ensure compliance and reporting standards.
7. Assist VP to manage and document meetings with leaders, senior executives and regulators.
8. Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and ensure reporting processes align with new requirements.
9. Co-manage data repository for NG projects and finance with data from various sources and ensure its integrity, consistency and timeliness.
10. Design and develop insightful and visually enticing analytical products to support GCC tracking and decision making.

- Analytical minded with a high level knowledge in operational practices, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Familiar with financial variance analyses and ability to drill down into the details to identify variance drivers.
- Ability for critical thinking, flexible and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders across business units and effectively condense all relevant information into clear and concise summaries for Senior Leaders to make informed decisions demonstrated in specific projects and related outcomes.
- Solid Managerial Experience working in an Integrated Resort environment or Big4/Consulting Company.
- Experience using visualization techniques for presenting data and analysis a plus.
- CPA, CMA, or CFA helpful but not necessary.
