As the Design Lead - Structure, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Overseeing the structural design process from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Leading site coordination efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of structural plans. Providing technical guidance and support to the design team, reviewing drawings, and offering innovative solutions to design challenges. Collaborating with external stakeholders such as government authorities, consultants, and vendors to facilitate the approval and procurement processes. Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, address site-related issues, and maintain quality and safety standards. Participating in project meetings, presenting design concepts, and contributing to the overall project strategy and decision-making process. Remaining updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to drive innovation and excellence in structural design. Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. Experience: 12-16 years of experience in structural design and site execution within the Real Estate Development industry. Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or BE - Civil Engineering Master In Structure Engineering (Preferred) Behavioral Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Adaptability and resilience in dynamic project environments. Technical Skills: Proficiency in STAAD, AutoCAD, Revit, and other structural design software. Thorough understanding of building codes, IS standards, regulations, and construction processes for ensuring compliance and avoiding legal issues. In-depth knowledge of structural principles, loads, building materials, and construction techniques. Knowledge of best global practices in building structures.
