We’re on the lookout for a **Senior Manager of Purpose** to drive and elevate BCAA’s Purpose and Community Impact initiatives. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of advancing BCAA’s mission, leading the charge on organization-wide purpose-driven strategies while fostering collaboration across teams. You’ll design, execute, and monitor impactful initiatives, providing valuable insights to maximize their effectiveness. Additionally, you’ll craft compelling communication strategies to champion our purpose efforts, build support across business units, and stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends and best practices. **During a typical day, you will: **
+ Drive the Purpose and Community Impact agenda and collaborate with all areas of the business, including the executive team, and other stakeholders to ensure the Purpose is at the forefront of all we do.
+ Act as an expert in social impact best practices in People, Planet, Profit and Governance.
+ Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of corporate purpose programs and initiatives.
+ Ensure programs are impactful, measurable, and aligned with BCAA's goals.
+ Support other community impact initiatives including the Child Passenger Safety program (CPS) and School Safety Patrol (SSP).
+ Lead a high functioning team to support BCAA’s journey as a truly Purpose led organization.
+ Develop and manage corporate reporting processes, including sustainability reports, impact assessments, and compliance documentation.
+ Ensure BCAA's corporate purpose initiatives align with legal and regulatory requirements.
+ Lead and mentor the corporate purpose team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
**What you bring** :
+ Bachelor’s degree or related experience in marketing, corporate social responsibility, or related field.
+ 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in social impact, ESG, communications, or community leadership, with at least 2 years of direct leadership.
+ Knowledge of social purpose frameworks, reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
+ Demonstrated understanding of performance metrics and reporting frameworks to measure purpose impact.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in creating reports and engagement materials tailored to diverse audiences.
+ Proven strategic partnership and collaboration capabilities.
+ Advanced strategic thinking, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and project management expertise.
+ Demonstratedtrack record of developing and executing successful corporate purpose strategies and programs.
+ Proven ability to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within teams.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
+ Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
+ Demonstrated passionate about social responsibility, sustainability, and making a positive impact.
The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $145,000 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 12.5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 20%.
