Job Summary:
We are looking for Manager/ Senior Manager that will be responsible for managing and achieving the set bookings and sales targets for Flow Controls. The role will coordinate and work with different sales channels in developing new business and building detailed local growth plans and programs to achieve and improve sales objectives. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Achieves/exceeds set bookings target. Provides timely and accurate forecasting reports monthly to achieve business goals & objectives. Develop detail country plans which embodies critical customer sites for growth initiatives using Life Cycle Services (LCS) program & frameworks. Work with sales channel and lead them to develop new business in existing and new markets. Leverage local Sales channels and Service teams to find opportunities and drive the teams to convert opportunities into bookings. Coordinates with local Sales channel to create detailed business growth plans & forecast for Life Cycle Services proactive programs. Work with respective channels or customers to grow the non-performing accounts. Consults with customers to understand key operational certainty, system reliability and performance challenges especially on plant Shutdown / Turn Arounds (STO). Promotes Lifecycle Services Suites program to assist customers’ Operational and reliability challenges. Thinks out of the Box to achieve sales objectives and growth. Has a strategic bent of mind to capture potential opportunities. Promotes leadership and direction through detailed business planning process. Manages the team members to ensure they drive the business results with above KPI. Coach, mentor and grow the channel performance through Team members. For This Role, You Will Need: Degree in Engineering or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant industrial experience. Good understanding of Control valve industry end user needs within the regions including programs within Life Cycle Services Demonstrated abilities in leading and driving growth, preferably possess minimum 3-5 years of Channel Management experience. Critical thinker, self-directed with proven ability to collaborate and influence change. Strong communicator with good presentation & influencing skills. Self-starter with ability to deal with levels of ambiguity. Ability to present clear and concise information, internal and external customers. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate in both technical and business terms. Ability to handle multiple taskings and high adaptability to environment. Takes initiative and works in a self-directed environment. Existing Control valve experience will help to position better.
