· AdventHealth Kissimmee is a 242-bed community-focused hospital

· Conveniently located near Walt Disney World

· The team is here is dedicated to bringing mission-focused, faith-based care to residents and visitors of Osceola and Orange Counties

· AdventHealth Kissimmee has recently expanded our existing tower by 3-floors and 80-beds, including new ancillary spaces such as Inpatient Rehab, Inpatient Dialysis, Laboratory, and Imaging services.

The role you’ll contribute: The Sr Manager of Respiratory has oversight of day to day operations, productivity, stewardship and patient satisfaction components. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

Provides management of daily operations and maintains department budgets.

Manages the recruitment, retention, training, and competence of staff and analysts. Ensures the accuracy, timeliness, reliability, frequency, level-of-detail of staff work product.

Builds and maintains relationships across multiple disciplines to achieve common goals.

Evaluates new equipment and procedures.

Responsible for campus operational budgets, equipment acquisition, metric reviews.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

Minimum qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy

Two (2) years’ management level experience at multi-campus level

Four (4) years’ Respiratory experience

State of Florida licensure in Respiratory

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Business or Health Administration

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
