Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As a Senior Manager Retail Data and Analytics, you will be responsible for driving the success of our European retail and franchise stores by enabling and providing consistent data and analytics across all impacted areas. You will continuously unlock and improve data centric & insight-based decision making and remove duplication of work, as well as creating a hub of data expertise for the EU market. You will act as an internal analytical business development advocate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a consistent reporting framework for Europe Retail, in accordance with the European Retail and Franchise key strategic priorities.
• Innovate processes, procedures, tools, and ways of working by pro-actively identifying opportunities to leverage analytics and technologies.
• Define the innovation roadmap, align with Retail SLT, and drive on-time implementation by closely monitoring progress, results, and milestones, proposing solutions in case of delays or deviations from plan; drive decision
making.
• Act as a change agent and accelerator for machine-based forecasting as well as other innovative tools / technologies / methods by providing trainings for the Europe Retail community, organizing workshops / learning days,
identifying & sharing relevant learning opportunities, etc.
• Drive the further automation of reporting and streamline the flow of information to our key stakeholders to reduce complexity. Define a new standard for store reports to bundle relevant information and unlock local decision making
• Support in building a KPI-based scheduling model for our EU retail stores
• Enable consistent reports for all stakeholders ranging from Store teams, District Teams, Back Office Retail Leadership Team
• Develop tactical and strategic reporting & analytics for Leadership to drive critical decisions in Retail.
• Create new forecasting and data modelling to identify the marginal gains in the business, particularly:
o Improved NS daily forecasting to drive conversion/SCM/scheduling opportunities
o Leveraging opportunities using machine learning / Artificial Intelligence skills
o Improved correlation analysis on various factors impacting performance.
• Contribute to Europe TRNS4RM (SAP) to ensure consistency and continuity in Reporting
• Drive maintenance of exiting dashboards and support leadership analytics
• Validate the quality of data, create data models, new reports and views connection. Works with D&A team to continuously improve data quality and availability.
• Proactively share business insights with SLT and relevant stakeholders to initiate actions to enhance Retail and Franchise performance.

• Solid understanding of descriptive statistics and experience in statistical modelling combined with strong visualization capabilities is a plus.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University Degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or similar qualification
• 5-10 years of operational finance or business development (analytical) experience within Retail/Fashion and/or brand-driven environment
• Experience in project management and in facilitating workshops.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
