Senior Manager - Revenue Growth Management (RGM) - Customer Strategy and Capabilities

This team sits under PFNA Commercial & RGM and will play a critical part in our efforts to identify transformational ways of realizing net revenue. Join for endless possibilities! Responsibilities The Senior Manager RGM Customer Strategy and Capabilities will integrate RGM principles and tools through the Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions. This individual will support the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process, Promotional Playbook, and development of RGM tools/capabilities to support Always, Everywhere initiatives. Accountabilities Act As Owners/ Be Consumer Centric: JBP (Joint Business Planning): lead JBP RGM content development to support Always, Everywhere initiatives. This individual should have a strong ability to build concise and compelling stories leveraging data and analytics. Promo Playbook and Principles: lead the development of the Promo Playbook and Promotional Principles focused on synthesizing promotional learnings enabling sales teams to deliver sustainable growth. Commercial Impact: Develop a deep understanding of our RGM tools through the capability development. Support enhancing and development new tools to enable decision making and actionable insights. Cross functional wiring: Partnerships across Finance, Sales, Sales Strategy, Marketing, and the North America Insights and Intelligence Organization (NAII) to support delivering actionable recommendations to support growth tactics. RGM Strategy: support the broader RGM team by bringing outside-in thinking to our traditional approach of revenue management so that we can execute complementary strategies to achieve our revenue aspirations RGM Primary Research: this role will leverage custom primary research developed by the RGM team and NAII. Leveraging learnings to further support selling materials. People Leadership: This role currently has one direct report responsibility Voice Opinions Fearlessly Focus & Get Things Done Fast: This role will have visibility to the Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Commercial and RGM and will have strong connectivity to Sales, Sales Strategy, Brand, Insights and Category Leadership functions Finance is a critical partner as work should be an enabler for pricing and promotional guidance Strong collaboration with other members of the RGM organization and the NAII team to build and leverage insights Location Preference to be based in a PepsiCo North America HQ: Plano (TX), Chicago (IL), Purchase (NY) Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, preference in Business, Finance, or Marketing; MBA preferred Prior experience in Category Management, Sales, Sales Strategy, and or Shopper/Consumer Insights is strongly preferred Concise and compelling storytelling leveraging data and insights Understanding revenue growth management discipline and PFNA P&L through various Finance rotations is a plus but not required Understanding of customer & channel dynamics (grocery vs mass vs dollar etc) Comfortable with data analytics including syndicated marketplace tools such as Circana and shopper card data (e.g., 84.51, Luminate) A passion for the shopper and a curiosity for why he/she buys High attention to detail and ability to collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders Influence: Demonstrated ability to influence others; Collaborative partnership with multiple stakeholders at all levels Self-starter: Navigating and thriving in ambiguous environments, resourcefulness in getting things done, advanced problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking Agility: Flexibility in problem-solving/developing solutions, creating a knowledge base High attention to detail, including a strong executive presence Project and budget management People leadership: the desire to grow with people leadership Travel Travel dependent on location.
