ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Consumer Experience is seeking a passionate business professional to join the Digital Operations team responsible for product ownership of the Company’s state-of-the-art brand rewards programs, including management of the rewards catalogue, redemption codes, Loyalty+/Campaigns, enhancements, financials, and affiliated provider administration.
Positioned within the digital operations team, the role also serves as a subject matter expert providing rewards consultation and planning guidance to all parties in Consumer Experience and Brand Marketing. As new opportunities arise for rewards capability enhancements or new technical components, the product owner is responsible for briefing the Digital Commercial Development team for production within the environment to ensure potential application across all brand rewards programs.
The role requires prior experience overseeing large manufacturer rewards programs that feature touchpoints ranging from packaging, proprietary web/app, and external digital partnerships. Emphasis is placed on the ability to cultivate relationships, diversity of thought, driving execution, and product administration.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive plans for consumer rewards campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with vendors, ensuring they meet the needs of the Rewards Team and DBS/IT stakeholders.Platform Governance: Facilitate the governance of the rewards platform, maintaining high standards of operation and security.Financial Administration: Manage the financial aspects of the rewards program, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Project Management: Lead rewards initiatives from conception to operation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.Performance Measurement: Track and report on the performance of the rewards program, using data to drive continuous improvement.Catalog Management: Maintain and enhance the rewards catalog, ensuring it remains attractive, competitive, and relevant to consumer needs.ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
