Senior Manager - Risk
Job Description:

Infosys McCamish Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Manager – Risk & Compliance to join the Compliance Department reporting to the Company’s Head of Compliance. The Senior Manager – Risk, will play a pivotal role in promoting McCamish’s compliance program throughout the organization and with McCamish’s customers. You will provide compliance guidance to various business units and senior management to ensure that company operations and related technology support are functioning in compliance with related regulations and contractual obligations

Location for this position is Atlanta, GA (Hybrid).

Qualifications
BasicBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of educationAt least 9 years of relevant work experience in the job description.Job Responsibilities Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risksConduct verification audits to identify gaps in compliance to processes and define, drive and deploy corrective action plans to ensure complianceMonitor, report and advise on interpretation and implementation of federal and state regulations with impact to third party administration and record keeping services and life insurance products Advise cross-functional teams on compliance with contractual obligationsUpdate and create compliance trainingsSupport third-party and client audits and assessmentsSupport compliance investigations and remediationsDevelop metrics to capture and report compliance program efforts to senior leadership
