Senior Manager Sales

Department: Commercial Position: Senior Manager Sales Location: ISB - Corporate HQT Number Of Openings: 2 Description: -Formulate and implement the effective sales strategies to meet and exceed the set sales targets.
-Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and growth of airlines customer base.
-Lead the Sales team of CMs, DMs and SMs .
-Set sales targets and monitor the performance of the sales teams.
-Coaching and mentoring the sales team to enhance performance of the team.
-Build and maintain strong relationship with travel agents including HGOs and Umrah selling consolidators and other stakeholders.
-Engage and develop new relationships with corporate clients. Maintain and update the corporate client database regularly.
-Proactively coordinate with CRC for the timely adjustment of fares in view of competitors sales activities, seasonality and market demand. Stay updated with the industry developments.
-Work closely with marketing team to develop sales promotional campaigns.
-Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to identify the areas of improvement.
-Keep close eye on credit accounts to ensure that fortnight payments are not overdue. Ensure timely deposits of fortnight payments. Position Qualification Requirements include: Highest educational degree awarded: Masters Degree Required Skills: -Strong knowledge of aviation business and market trends.
-Proven leadership qualities in management capacity.
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Proficient in MS Office
-8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Commercial and Sales
