OEM Account Management with One Schneider approach. Saturate and retain the existing OEM and covert new OEMs Prospect for potential new OEM to increase the base load for Schneider. Creating Business forecast adhere to achieve the same, Competition analysis and market trend.  Price realization from the Market with segment focus approach. Distributors and System Integrator management and upskilling their technical skill. Collaboration with all the stokehole to enhance the Business.   Increase footprint of innovative and new offer in market.  Upload sales visit report on daily basis on BFO and ensure data accuracy.
