The DXC Technology Sales Organization
You will become a member of our talented DXC Technology Sales Organization in Europe. We are a High-Performance sales organization, that is thriving from working with our customers – often Industry Leaders – solving complex business challenges and positioning solutions in your focus area together with our skilled Presales and Solutioning organizations.
You will also work closely partner with our technical experts to expand the value proposition towards your client and offer the full stack. You will lead Cross-sell initiatives to existing platinum clients across on behalf of multiple business initiatives - You will be regarded a Business Leader and Problem Solver by your customer, in fact their trusted advisor on Business Technology Solutions.

Responsibilities:
Deliver sales results and contribute to revenue results for EMEA RegionGrow pipeline through existing accounts and new logo accountsWork to close deals using selling best practices e.g., client call plans, close plans, sales strategiesCultivate client relationships to foster further growth for DXCBe knowledgeable on the offerings being sold and keep up to date with the latest offering developments, value propositions and marketing/pricing/packaging/licensing optionsParticipate and collaborate with regional industry teams and leaders, account leaders, other Offering sellersCreate, drive, and deliver sales forecasts to meet or exceed budgets in transparent, predictable manner – weekly cadences and weekly status reporting on pipeline, deals, clients etcRequirements
Sales experience and success delivering or exceeding sales quotas10+ years’ experience in IT services & product sales – successful sales execution and client engagementExperience and/or familiarity within Public Sector MarketExperience with business developmentExperience of selling complex solutionsStrong collaboration and interpersonal skillsAttention to detailPre-existing network of clients and relationshipsWhat we offer
