Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Manager Sales Strategy and Integration in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Responsible for managing, leading, overseeing, and directing the critical mergers and  acquisition integration function. Responsible for directing the evaluation of potential companies Salesforce is interested in buying during the diligence process. After a successful diligence process, Ms. Ziegler will Define and align joint operating plans (i.e. translating how the M&A Sales GTM strategy will be executed). Conduct post close preparations, i.e. defining the rules of engagement, programs, communications, plays etc. required to drive collaboration between acquired and Salesforce teams post close. Partner across Salesforce and acquired companies to execute the M&A go to market operating plan. Define post close M&A enablement strategy, data strategy, stakeholder communications and working with cross functional owners to execute business plans. Conduct short and long term GTM planning with acquired and Salesforce leadership teams. Partner cross-functionally with systems and process owners across Salesforce and acquired companies to deploy scalable GTM tools that facilitate collaboration and accelerate revenue growth. Partner with cross-functional systems and process owners to define the end state sales integration plan and requirements. Support the definition and alignment for Sales M&A GTM strategy across multiple stakeholders at Salesforce and the acquired companies on a global scale.  Oversee due diligence during pre-merger investigations. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Performing due diligence in the M&A sphere; (2) Tableau; (3) Go-To-Market design and implementation; (4) Building models for acquisition; (5) Performing quantitative analyses for M&A considerations; (6) Organizational Planning; (7) Stakeholder Management; (8) Project Management; (9) Developing integration strategies; and (10) Cross functional partnerships. 

Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. 

Salary: $185,500.00 - $293,900.00 per annum.
