We're looking for an experienced manager to lead our Delivery Excellence team, focusing on Tech Integration/ Build Factory Lead/ Test Management and or Cut Over. 

What will you be doing?   

Lead and oversee challenging SAP S/4HANA transformation programs;

Manage the scope, extraction, mapping, and loading of master data sets and transactional data sets from multiple sources into the SAP system through project phases and go-live;

Understand and facilitate the transition to SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions, with a focus on the limitations of Public Cloud;

Think beyond borders into Integration and Architecture or Functional knowledge, including BTP, low-code solutions, and LSMW;

Develop, implement, and oversee test and cut over strategies to ensure seamless transitions and project success;

Lead offshore build factories, ensuring delivery excellence and integration with onshore teams;

Promote cross-functional teamwork and delegate responsibilities effectively across the organization;

Identify and troubleshoot issues with critical data objects (Customer, Vendor, Material) to meet business needs and objectives;

Ensure synchronization and integrity of master data across all related business areas, including production, finance, sales, and procurement;

Propose and create documents such as specifications, functional designs, and test plans;

Provide expertise in data archiving processes and best practices. 

Does this describe you?   

You have a degree (bachelor/master/diploma) in business, IT, engineering, or business information systems or digital discipline;

You have over 10 years of experience in leading/delivering implementation of SAP solutions;

You have a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions and the limitations of Public Cloud;

You are proficient in Integration and Architectural strategies or Functional knowledge, including BTP, low-code solutions, and LSMW;

You have experience in developing and implementing test and cut over strategies;

You have proven experience in leading offshore build factories, ensuring delivery excellence;

You possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence;

Fluent in English (both spoken and written), knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
